He has experience across industries and has been a part of Auditing teams of National Banks as well as Govt Organisation.  He has successfully completed Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  During the passage of time he has developed himself in the Taxation advisory and litigation services, Business Advisory Services, Management Consultancy services covering the whole Corporate & Commercial matters and regulatory issues.

An Qualified Cost Accountant and Commerce graduate  is associate with our firm. He has an experience of  more than 5 years in the hardcore profession of accountancy and Tax. He has in his credit experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT & Sales Tax etc.

Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant is senior partner of our firm. He has experience around 8 years. He has handled the various audit of private sector as well as public sector. He has vast experience in handling TDS and Payroll work.

ASHUTOSH JHA
Ashutosh Jha, Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant is the partner of our firm. He has experience around 10 years. He has handled the Concurrent Audit, Inspection Audit; Statutory Audit of Banks both is private sector as well as public sector. He has also well experienced in UK accounting and had worked with various MNCs. He has been associated with Grant Thornton India for XBRL conversion of various Public and Private Companies. During the time he has developed himself in the Taxation, Management Consultancy Corporate & Commercial matters at Regulatory Companies.

REKHA CHAURASIA
Rekha Chaurasia, Qualified MBA (Human Resource) is working with us. She was Customer Relationship Manager in ICICI Bank and well experience in maximizing customer loyalty and business performance. She has also experience in handling banking procedures. She is an ultra-positive person who always focuses on something good about any situation in life.

Qualified Engineer and MBA, manage Human Resource in the firm. He is senior most partner of our Firm. He is well experience in planning, directing and implementing activities designed to maximize an organization's workforce. He has vast experience about recruiting, hiring and training staff; strategizing and planning for future needs; creating and enforcing policies and procedures; overseeing payroll and benefits management; and retaining workers according to the organization's requirements.

Kashif Khan, Commerce graduate and Semi-qualified Cost Accountant is partner in the firm. He has in hand experience of Taxation, Auditing and Management Consultancy. He has developed himself in the direct taxed, Corporate, Secretarial, and Commercial issues.

Madhup, Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant is the partner of our firm. Having specialised in accounting, Madhup heads the NGO matter services at OPS. He is an experienced consultant who has served with distinction in various roles in the accounting work . he has handled audits of various clients covering domestic and overseas companies, Banks, NGOs etc.  He is in-charge of Ranchi Branch.
